Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
To use certain features of our Service, you must connect a supported third-party non-custodial wallet, such as XUMM. Your account on our Service is tied to your public wallet address. You are solely responsible for managing your wallet and private keys. We do not have access to or control over your wallet or funds.
You agree not to engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or that interferes with the Service's operation.
By participating in or creating a raffle, you agree to the rules outlined on our "How It Works" page. All transactions made are final and recorded on the XRP Ledger. As a creator, you guarantee that you own the NFT you are raffling and will abide by the outcome of the raffle.
Raffle creation and ticket purchases are subject to fees as described on the platform. All transactions are processed on the XRP Ledger, and may be subject to network fees beyond our control.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties of any kind. In no event shall XRaffle, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
